Faithful followers, I know I’ve been on auto-pilot recently (lots of reblogs, few original posts) and for that I apologize—working three jobs at the moment and our internet has been out for over a week now.

BUT…

I had to sneak on to share with you a singular and groundbreaking post—my parents on a tandem bike! They bought one and I begged my mom to send me a photo until she agreed, no names of course. Here they are riding it in the lovely California suburbs where I grew up. Squeal.

“…part of the public art project Key to the City. Anyone can simply retrieve free keys at a kiosk in Times Square, and those keys unlock 24 locations across the city’s five boroughs, which are listed on the Key to the City website. These locations include secret gardens, hidden rooms, and tiny electrical panels.”
